At Womanly, we’re dedicated to supporting the health & wellbeing of women at every stage of life. We aim to create a nurturing environment that encourages lasting change.
Womanly Nutrition and Dietetics is a pioneering, evidence-based clinic dedicated to supporting women at every stage of life. From early life to menopause, the Womanly team of dietitians cover a range of specialties to tailor nutritional guidance that addresses the unique physiological and hormonal changes women experience. We also couple dietetic therapy with evidence-based psychology treatment as we know food is commonly connected to emotion, our mental health and the ups and downs that life brings! By providing nutritional and psychological care under the one roof, access to more comprehensive, holistic healthcare support is much easier for both the clinical team and the person receiving the service. In addition to this, Womanly also specialises in assisting women with conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and those that may cause chronic pelvic pain such as endometriosis and adenomyosis, which can bring along a complicated relationship with food and our bodies. To best provide long term change and truly target reasons for complicated food relationships, Womanly offers evidence-based disordered eating/eating disorder dietetic and psychology therapy, tailored to the individual, empowering women to cultivate a positive relationship with food and their bodies that is sustainable.
We recognise that women's nutritional and mental health care needs evolve throughout their lifespan and are unique to each individual. Our comprehensive services include 1:1 dietetic and psychology sessions with individualised assessments and therapy modes. We prioritise both physical health and emotional well-being, ensuring our clients feel supported and heard. By equipping women with the knowledge and tools necessary for a vibrant, healthy life—regardless of age or stage—we aim to create a nurturing environment that encourages lasting change and resilience.
