Nutrition / Dietetics
& Psychology services
At Womanly Nutrition and Dietetics we take a non-diet and holistic approach to nutrition therapy. This means we do not focus on weight loss as a health or outcome measure but consider making realistic and easy to implement lifestyle changes to improve your quality of life and clinical health outcomes according to your condition. Weight change can occur as a result of making these changes.
