Roasted brussel sprouts

Ingredients
400g brussel sprouts, halved
2-3T olive oil
pepper to taste
Directions
Heat fan forced oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Cover the baking tray with a non-stick mat or baking paper
Place the brussel sprouts in the tray and drizzle with the olive oil. Add the pepper
Roast for 20-25 minutes or until deeply golden.
TIPS: to add more flavour to the brussel sprouts, once cooked you may serve the sprouts with:
Shredded Pecorino cheese
Red pepper flakes + grated cheese + lemon zest
Balsamic vinegar + grated cheese
Tahini and toasted sesame seeds
